Seperated product module/ad tableset from opinion/rating widget.
Now there are two stacked horizontal tables with 595+10+175 cols.

| Reconfigured ratings widget. Removed "No Rating"
as a default on unrated widget. After
the user rates, a link to "Remove my rating" appears below
the user's rating, which takes them back to the default non-rated version
of the widget. |

Fixed some ninnie's bad code in that damned Britax
ad. Whoever did it... thanks for taking 15 minutes off my life. Also
